This service connects US residents with independent Japanese hospitals and healthcare providers. It includes: care coordination, cost estimation, medical interpretation, travel and logistics support. It does not include medical treatment, diagnosis, emergency care, or any licensed healthcare services in the United States.
By submitting your information through this website, you are registering your interest in Arbitra services. Registration is free and no payment is collected at this stage. If and when you choose to proceed with a care coordination service following our launch, applicable fees will be communicated clearly before any commitment is required.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GLOBAL MEDICAL ACCESS (DOCTORS INC.)'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THIS WEBSITE OR REGISTRATION SHALL BE LIMITED TO DIRECT DAMAGES ACTUALLY SUFFERED. SINCE NO FEES ARE COLLECTED AT THIS STAGE, THIS LIMIT IS ZERO.
We are not responsible for the medical decisions, diagnoses, treatments, or outcomes provided by Japanese healthcare providers. Any medical malpractice claims must be directed to the treating provider.
